Guard and Grace defies every dark steakhouse cliche with its soaring two-story space where 30-foot glass walls flood the space with natural light, illuminating an installation of 5,280 bronze rods that hang like a metallic sky curtain above the dining room.

With gauzy bronze sheers framing the windows, exposed Brutalist concrete columns, multiple dining levels, and an open kitchen that feels more like theater than service.
