The Donum Estate is a Pinot Noir and Chardonnay producer in Carneros with an open-air collection of more than 50 large-scale sculptures set among its vineyards. Tastings take place in the Vertical Panorama Pavilion, a canopy structure by Olafur Eliasson’s Studio Other Spaces with views of San Pablo Bay, and visits are by appointment only.
