A luxury steakhouse inside the Westin St. Francis, reimagining the hotel's 1904 Art Deco architecture with contemporary detail.

Green marble columns, walnut millwork, and botanical chandeliers frame the dining room, alongside plush velvet seating and fluted glass accents. Circular velvet banquettes sit beneath high ceilings and Corinthian columns, with deep teal walls and marble-topped tables lit by low-glow lamps. The adjoining Bourbon Lounge, formerly Clock Bar, features marble and brass detailing, coffered ceilings, and spherical chandeliers.
