Matilda
Hensonville, New York
Matilda is The Henson's intimate on-site restaurant where farm-to-table dining meets Catskills warmth, with candlelit tables, warm wood interiors, and a bar that opens before dinner service.
The space balances rustic charm with refined touches, like seasonal menus inspired by the surrounding landscape and a cozy fireplace glow that makes lingering inevitable.
